I’m so glad you are here. I’m a Reiki Master, Past Life Regressionist and healer that believes the feelings of being stuck, anxious, depressed and self-sabotage are invitations to go deeper and heal.

To honor the light that shines in each of us we have to acknowledge the shadows so that we know where to heal and remember the oneness. That is what healing means to me. A remembrance of our oneness with each other, the universe and love.
